To the Male Labe River
Do you like riding downhill? A 20-km long descent in a beautiful nature on reinforced roads will certainly please you.
Take the Krkonose cyclo-bus to get to Spindleruv Mlyn, or you can use your own bike along the main road from Vrchlabi. The chair lift will take you from Svaty Petr, a part of Spindleruv Mlyn, to Plan hill, 1198 m a.s.l.
Turn left at the upper chair lift station along the K17 cycle track. You can detour on the K17A track for Bouda na Plani chalet which offers refreshments. Otherwise you will continue to the U Krasne Plane junction heading for Strazne. Join the K1A cycle track at the junction to descend to Strazne along Herlikovicky Zaly hill. Turn left on the main road for the quarry and turn right after the bridge. Continue along Mlynske domky junction and Kamenny Mlyn to the centre of Dolni Dvur and then to Lanov (470 m a.s.l.) where you can use the Krkonose cyclo bus again.
