This route has a slightly more difficult beginning, but the second half is easier. A long climb will take you above Spindleruv Mlyn and open up views of the central ridge of the Krkonose Mountains with Medvedin in the foreground. At the Klinovka crossroads you will be treated to a view of the valley of the Klinovy Brook, whose meadows are decorated with chalets led by Klinova and the nearby Friesovy boudy.

The route is 17 kilometres long.

The remote eastern part of the Krkonose Mountains is often neglected, which is a great pity. The mountains here are a little different, but no less beautiful. They are dominated by the Kralovecky Spicak peak, which rises abruptly and unexpectedly from the surrounding meadows. And climbing it is a true mountain hiking experience. The peak is a reward in itself, a relaxing place to have a snack and a divine view of the region is the icing on the cake.

The route is 13 kilometres long.

The pleasant route through the enchanting landscape is open to anyone who can feel the atmosphere of a peaceful place. It will take you to the Stations of the Cross in Stromkovice and to the protective chapel of the Virgin Mary. And to the Hucul farm and a ride in the saddle of a Hucul horse within easy reach.

The route is 9 kilometres long and not difficult.

This route leads from Pomezni Boudy to Lysecinska Hora and from there to Alberice and back. It is not demanding in terms of elevation and climbing hills. Moreover, it is full of resting places and shelters.

Alberice is a place where the sunny meadows of the Krkonose Mountains have been preserved, as well as log cabins reminding how people used to live and farm in the mountains. And if you are lucky with the weather, you will also enjoy a beautiful view of Snezka.

The route is 17.5 kilometres long.

The trip will take you from the Krkonose Mountains to the Jizerske Mountains and you may not even notice it. The Stepanka lookout tower belongs naturally to both mountain ranges. Rather than their borders, enjoy the views and paths where you may not meet a single person, the log cabins and cottages, the iconic Tesarov chapel in Korenov or the excellent Na Perlicku pub.

The route is 19 kilometres long.

You will know that the work of the mountain porters was not easy after the first kilometres. The load they carried to the top of Snezka on their shoulders combined with the high altitude... it is an unimaginable feat. Let's get moving and tackle the route that used to be supplied, at least with a light backpack. Just to the Portasky. From there, continue on the Penkavci Trail and enjoy the views of Lion's Mine and Simovy Cottage.

The route is 10 kilometres long.

Maly Staw is a glacial lake on the Polish side of the Krkonose Mountains, surrounded by mountain giants. You can reach it by one of the most beautiful trails through Kozi hrbety Ridge from Spindleruv Mlyn. You will climb up the ridge to the Lucni chalet, only to descend again in a moment, but this time on the Polish side.

This is a very demanding hike for fit hikers. The route is 26 kilometres long and offers various options.

A light walk through the valuable territory associated with the name of Václav Havel. You will walk past his cottage in the village of Hradecek to the ruins of Brecstejn Castle. You can extend your short trip by turning into the beech forests to the Wolf Rock.

The longer version of the route is 10 kilometres long.

The Sniezne Stawki are glacial lakes on the Polish side of the Krkonose Mountains, resting at the bottom of the Snezne Jamy. The view of them from the top is certainly familiar to many of us. Descending to them, however, is a completely different experience. And very challenging. This trip offers rocky mountain paths, steep ascents and descents, divine views down and up. Consider your strength and fitness, and don't be shy about letting the cable car or bus help you.

The route has several variations and is no more than 28 kilometres long.

A cool route, where you will feel like you are in Canada at times, is a trip to the Certova strouha nature trail. The White Elbe will lead you to it, foaming at the mouth over rocks and cascades.

The Certova strouha is tucked into a walled channel and dammed many times, effectively preventing our ancestors from causing widespread flooding. Not only does the system still function today, but it also offers a wonderful spectacle.

The route is 14 kilometres long.
