Pojizersky Circuit
This track, leading through the hills along the River Jizera, will take you to picturesque spots in the western parts of the Krkonose, through the River Jizera valley and its left-hand tributary, the Jizerka. You will ride through the valley past numerous river bends and also in the surrounding hills. From the Krkonose’s small mountain villages, it will take you to the border with the neighbouring area of Cesky raj (the Bohemian Paradise). As a reward for the frequent ascents, you will be offered some of the most beautiful views of the Krkonose and also ones far into the adjacent landscape, to convince you of the diversity and beauty of the Czech landscape.
Starting at the main square in Jilemnice, take cycle track 22 to ascend via Roudnice to Rezek, and then descend via Rokytno to Rokytnice nad Jizerou.
