Krkonose Circuit

Vrchlabi - Janske Lazne - Mala Upa - Kowary - Karpacz - Szklarska Poreba - Harrachov - Jablonec nad Jizerou - Vrchlabi

All around the Krkonose Mts. – this route will take you over the entire mountain range and let you view the Krkonose from the north in Poland, where the mountains seem to be much steeper and higher. This route runs through two border passes, which includes a pleasant experience of the landscape but is also quite a good sports achievement.

Thanks to this trail, you will be able to see the Krkonose literally from all sides. It runs through mountain resorts as well as historical towns in the foothills. You will be captivated by the beautiful mountain landscape on the Czech side, including timbered houses in Mala Upa or the picturesque valley of the River Jizera. On the Polish side, be sure not to miss the wooden Wang church in Karpacz, brought from Norway, or the lovely waterfalls near Szklarska Poreba.
