From Spindlerova Chalet via Krkonose Mountain Chalets to Vrchlabi
Take a trip to the high parts of the mountains to see the Krkonose mountain chalets. You can enjoy a pleasant descent from Spindlerova chalet, and after a climb to Krasna Plan, you can reward yourself with good coffee or something sweet, for instance in Strazne.
If you want to spare your legs the effort, you can take a cyclo-bus to Spindlerova chalet. There you will join the K15 cycle track and enjoy the nice descent as well as the mountain landscape. You ride past Petrovka chalet, Moravska chalet and Medvedi chalet to Spindleruv Mlyn. One section between the Moravska and Medvedi chalets is only suitable for experienced bikers on mountain bikes and certainly isn’t recommended for children and beginners.
From Spindleruv Mlyn take the K1A cycle track via Hromovka chalet and Krasna plan to Strazne. Turn right in the village centre and take the road to Namesti Miru Square in Vrchlabi.
