From Rokytnice nad Jizerou to Dvoracky Chalet
This trip starts at Horni Square in Rokytnice nad Jizerou. From there, take the blue-marked hiking path which leads along the Hutsky brook to Hutsky waterfall.
They take their name after the first glass foundry (“huti”) in the Krkonose, run by the well-known Schurer family of glassmakers from 1562. The waterfall is 20 m high and is supplied from the Hutsky brook, whose sources are near Dvoracky chalet.
From the waterfall, continue along the blue-marked path via the Sedlo pod Dvorackami junction to Dvoracky mountain chalet, a popular destination at the foot of Lysa mountain. Dvoracky is part of the group of chalets called Dvorske boudy, all built in 1707–1708.
