Upska raselina is a peat bog area on the international watershed divide, the source area of the River Upa and the Bile Labe. It is a site featuring the occurrence of many rare Arctic-Alpine flora and fauna species. It is situated on Bila louka meadow and accessible via a blue-marked hiking path from Lucni bouda chalet to the summit of Snezka. From an elevated causeway above the peat bog, some of the peat lakelets can be viewed. East of here, Upska jama, one of the best developed corries in the Czech part of the Krkonose, subsides. Upsky waterfall falls here from the peat bogs. Krakonosova zahradka, a very valuable site in terms of botany, is part of Upska jama.
